Press and hold the right button. (odometer reset) now switch on the ignition (oil lamp will not flash, but on at all times) press the right button again (insp is now displayed) pull left button. (clock set) (----- are now displayed) Pull left button again This works on my A4 tdi (110bhp) but should work on all. this also works on my 98 A4 1.8T
You just set 3 service interval indicators, 1 is for oil mileage, the 2nd is for service mileage, and the 3rd is for service time. It's very simple to do and takes less than 5 minutes. You can set both mileage intervals to 99Kilometers (yes it's set in kilo's)and I believe that you can set the time interval up to 9K days!
